The Ghetto Commission an American Based rap group headquartered out of the majestic city of New Orleans. The GC’s were assembled by multiplatinum producer, Carlos Stephens, the group consist of four members, WALT, Holloway, G spade, and Dollioe. Their first album titled Wise Guys was released in 1998 on Flame Entertainment distributed by No Limit Records. The album peaked at number 59 on the Billboard 200 and number 12 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
